When a high performance cam is installed, it is necessary to prevent valve float, and to compensate for the increased load on the valvetrain.

These springs are specificly designed to be used with aftermarket performance cams with increased lifts requiring increased spring pressures. Valves are good to 10,000 rpm's, and 

Max Lift: 11.8mm.
